Dr. Wadhwani MB Ch.B, BSc. (Hons), MRCS, FRCR leads our Imaging service. He graduated from the University of Leeds School of Medicine in 2004 and has since developed a strong foundation in Radiology through extensive training and fellowships.
This includes specialist Radiology training in Manchester, an Abdominal Imaging Fellowship in Toronto, and an Endoscopic Ultrasound Fellowship in Cambridge. Currently practicing across Worcestershire and Birmingham, with his primary place of work at one of the largest specialist multi-organ transplant units in Europe; the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Dr Wadhwani has a particular focus on liver, gallbladder, biliary and pancreatic disorders, while also supporting other specialties including gastrointestinal and urological diseases.
Dr. Wadhwani currently serves the British Society for GastroIntestinal and Abdominal Radiology (BSGAR) as Education Office. He also supports the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) and the Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy (JAG) within its Quality and Training Committee. In addition, Dr Wadhwani serves as Advisory Editor for Clinical Radiology Journal. He is passionate about advancing the field of Radiology through ongoing education, research, and collaboration, bringing this dedication to every patient encounter. He lectures regularly within regional, national and international conferences/programmes and has numerous publications including journal research/reviews and textbook chapters.
