Patient Relationship Manager & Clinical Support Lead

Hollie is a valued member of the management team at House of Health, working alongside Vicky and Megan to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. She plays a key role in both the operational and administrative aspects of the practice, helping to ensure every patient enjoys a positive, seamless experience from start to finish. Hollie is always available to address any queries or concerns, providing support and guidance with warmth and professionalism.

With an extensive background in healthcare, Hollie began her career at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, gaining experience in acute medicine, geriatrics, and infectious diseases as a support worker. This early experience provided her with a strong foundation in clinical care and patient support.

Hollie now works as a qualified midwife within one of Birmingham’s largest NHS trusts. In her role, she manages clinics and works on the labour ward, developing a wide range of medical skills including IV administration, cannulation, ECGs, and phlebotomy. Her experience in managing emergency situations and providing compassionate, effective patient care makes her a valuable part of the House of Health team, where she combines her clinical expertise with her passion for helping others.
