Important Conditions
Heart Disease: If you have ischaemic heart disease, you must have a treadmill test every 3 years (not included in medical).
Diabetes: Regular blood sugar monitoring and annual specialist reviews required.
High Blood Pressure: Must provide at least 3 home readings on different dates.
